We host private seminars for our clients, including the country’s longest-running seminar on complex litigation defense.  For the past thirty years, Hollingsworth LLP has hosted its acclaimed, CLE-accredited seminar, focusing on the defense of complex litigation and drawing on our vast experience in the areas of products liability and toxic torts, pharmaceutical, environmental, natural resource damages, insurance, investigations, federal claims, and government contracts defense.  Leading litigators and experts share their insights gleaned from years of experience in the defense of complex civil litigation arising in the United States and abroad.  Year after year, in-house counsel and corporate leaders return for provocative presentations and discussion.  Attendance is restricted to corporate in-house counsel, members of the defense bar, and others similarly aligned in the defense of complex litigation on behalf of corporate clients.

We support our community as both lawyers and business people.  Maintaining our only office in the District of Columbia, we encourage pro bono representation through the District of Columbia Bar Association and other local organizations.  We participate in local fundraisers for charitable groups, such as the annual Lawyers Have Heart 10k, the Whitman Walker AIDS Walk, Gifts for the Homeless, and Breast Cancer Awareness activities.
