Since 1985, H&H Paving has provided only the highest quality asphalt pavement to its residential and commercial customer and licensed to serve in the state of Virginia since 1985.
The owner, Jerry Holbrook, was raised in the asphalt business by his grandfather, a northern Virginia paver from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. Mr. Holbrook’s family grew alongside his business. Today, the Holbrook children (Jerry and his wife Rachel, Justin, and Jessica) play important roles in the company operations. Through a combination of state of the art equipment, generations of experience, and good old-fashioned pride, H&H Paving is able to provide its customers with only the highest quality of paving work.
