Civil Litigation

Bouland & Brush’s civil litigation group works closely with all of the firm’s practice areas to comprehensively address our clients’ litigation needs. Our litigation group represents clients in commercial disputes, employment and discrimination challenges, collections, and other business conflicts, in state or federal court using a variety of creative measures to procure the most favorable result. Despite the range of complex legal questions and contentious disputes that arise in the civil litigation context, our attorneys’ commitment to understanding our clients’ individual goals and circumstances allows us to provide them with comprehensive, creative solutions.

When litigation presents the best possible outcome for our clients, our attorneys vigorously represent them in the courtroom whether at the trial or appellate level. While litigation is often a useful and necessary means of resolving civil disputes, our attorneys understand that litigation is often not the best option for our clients.
